BitLife Seeing Stars Challenge Guide: How to Complete the Seeing Stars Challenge

BitLife’s next major job pack update is coming very soon, and you know what to do if you can’t wait for the patch to roll out — complete the week’s given challenge, either before time runs out in the live version or via the Challenge Vault, which will cost you a one-time fee. Since debuting late in 2019, BitLife’s challenges have engrossed and entertained iOS and Android players alike, giving the life simulator infinite replay value and ensuring it remains relevant and popular on the app stores despite the fact it’s almost six years old at the moment.

This week’s BitLife challenge may look like a tough one, but for a “classic” challenge with no specific pop culture references in play, it’s actually quite easy. The Seeing Stars Challenge allows you to make full use of the recently launched Celebrity Dating App, as you’ll be asked to get into relationships with, or maybe even marry different types of celebs, while becoming famous on your own for being in a relationship with another famous person.

That’s not all you’ll need to do, but if you’re finding yourself stuck at any point in this challenge, we’ll be glad to help through this BitLife mini-strategy guide. Here’s what you need to do to speed-run through the Seeing Stars Challenge with as little effort possible.

There Are Two Main Builds You Can Use for Your Character

Once again, the first requirement in the Seeing Stars Challenge is the easiest — just create a male or female character from California. The Golden State is well-represented in BitLife, as you can choose Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, or San Jose as your birth city. We would also recommend re-rolling your character (if you don’t have God Mode) until you get someone whose Looks is at 80 or greater, as this could increase your chances of successfully dating a famous person later in life.

We would also strongly recommend picking a Special Talent, though this is where things diverge a bit. You can choose Crime as your Special Talent, as this would make it easier to pull off one of the later requirements, but you can also opt for Sports, Acting, or Music. Remember that a celebrity career as a professional athlete or entertainer could be a quick and easy way to earn big money — which you will need when using the Celebrity Dating App. That will set you back by $100,000 per usage, so it’s important you have enough money in your bank account before moving on to the rest of the challenge.

Retire Early From Your Celeb Career, Date Someone Famous, and Become a Socialite

Thanks to the Celebrity Dating App, Bitizens can now become Famous Socialites, or, in other words, famous for being famous. Or, to be more specific, famous for dating somebody famous — date a celeb via the Celebrity Dating App for a couple of years and you will get recognized as a Socialite. However, before you become famous as one, you’ll need to exit your previous celebrity career first, so depending on how much money you have, it makes sense to retire after about one to three years as an actor, musician, or professional athlete.

Once you’ve retired and zeroed out your Fame bar, you can use the Celebrity Dating App to date a famous actor — just choose Actor in the drop-down box and you’ll be presented with a potential date. All you need to do is to make love to the famous actor — even if you’re technically dating, that will still count as a “hookup” and give you what should be a third check mark in the Seeing Stars Challenge.

Move to a Country with a Royal Family for the Next Requirement

The final two requirements in the Seeing Stars Challenge can be done interchangeably, but to get the tough stuff out of the way, let’s talk about the part where you need to marry and murder a royal.

As the United States, quite naturally, doesn’t have any royal family, you’ll need to emigrate to a country that has one, such as the United Kingdom, Spain, Norway, or Japan. Be prepared not to see these countries pop up too often among the emigration options, though the good thing here is that you don’t need to quit and restart BitLife in order to refresh the choices. Just go to Emigrate, pull down the drop-down box, exit the sub-menu if your country of choice isn’t available, then reenter the Emigrate sub-menu.

After emigrating, you can then use the Celebrity Dating App again and choose Royal so you can pick a potential date from your new home country’s Royal Family. Date them for about a year, propose marriage at a romantic venue (even without a ring, they’re almost sure to accept due to your preexisting fame), and plan your wedding.

After that, you can get rid of them using any of the available options in the Murder sub-menu, though we will once again recommend Drive-By as the method that gives you the best chance of success and the lowest chance of getting busted by the authorities.

Use the Dating App Again to Find a Musician Spouse

Assuming you took care of the above requirement first, you should be coasting with the very last task in the Seeing Stars Challenge. After murdering your royal spouse, you can then return to your original home country or stay in the new one — it’s all up to you, but in any case, you’ll have to give the Celebrity Dating App one more go, this time choosing Musician.

After you’ve picked Musician, you will be given a choice to date a famous person from this field, with their age, basic stats, and other info available as always. Repeat the same process as earlier when proposing — just like last time, there’s a very good chance your musician partner will say yes due to your fame, just as long as you choose a romantic venue like a restaurant or even a music festival. (You’ll probably know right away if a venue isn’t romantic — strip club and weed farm, after all, are among the options!)

Plan your wedding to the musician and that should wrap it up for the Seeing Stars Challenge after you’re chosen the honeymoon details and signed (or chosen not to sign) a prenup. Same deal as always — select one of the four prize chests and get yourself a new hat or eyewear for use on your playable and non-playable characters alike!
